ST DONAT'S CASTLE 

What another fantastic day I had yesterday for the wedding of Ellen and Ben who got married at the Church of the Holy Cross in Cowbridge before heading off to the spectacular venue of St Donat's Castle. It certainly means so much to me when a couple book and trust me to capture their wedding day.

I meet up with Ellen just a few days before the wedding to go through the plans for the day. Ben was heading down to Wales on that day so it wasn't until yesterday during the wedding that we actually met. 

It was an early start and a late finish, one of the weddings where I could have stayed until the venue closed. It was a full day for me from bridal preparation through to the evening (where the craziness kicks in) Seeing the difference in people from earlier in the day to how they are after a few drinks :) ah, those dance moves don't come cheap. One thing I can guarantee is I will work my socks off to provides couples with images that they will love, even it means getting home late at night. 

Well, I have a lot of work to get through from the day so wanted to show you some highlights of the day before I do so.
